Hi, I'm Jules

Health and wellness has been my passion for over 30 years. From teaching fitness and yoga classes to working one to one with clients in their homes, I've spent three decades helping people feel stronger, calmer and more at home in their bodies.

Eighteen months ago I moved to Inverness and created something I'm truly proud of: a beautiful, dedicated space where you can slow down, be cared for, and simply breathe.

Your wellbeing is my focus. My purpose here is simple: to help you take care of yourself, find your sense of calm, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.
